With the arrival of COVID-19 pandemic in early 2020, all travel, both art related and leisure, abruptly ceased. The lack of mobility allowed me more time to enjoy in greater depth the beautiful Florida landscape where I live. Photographs taken from my kayak have given me inspiration for new compositions for my series of landscapes.

Travel is often the muse to my fine art.  I am stimulated when I step outside my comfort zone and experience new people and places.  This often results in inspiration for new paintings. I shoot many photographs while traveling and screen them when I return to my studio.
